We are busy migrating all of our hosted email and website clients to a new server, due to ongoing problems with slow web page loading speeds, email delays and delivery issues that have been on the increase of late.
Part of this migration is a separation of website and email hosting, with a move of all email functionality to Google Mail . This will mean zero server load for email, which will be hosted by Google. The switch will require each email user to update their email settings on your chosen email programme. Please see the FAQ on this topic for more information.
We are also going to impose restrictions on clients who run the Joomla! CMS , especially related to Emailer extensions such as YANC, Letterman and AcaJoom - these will not be allowed at all, and clients will need to move to off-site emailer solutions, such as Mailchimp, MailerMailer, iContact or SendBlaster (a few that we recommend).
