Part of this migration is a separation of website and email hosting, with a move of all email functionality to Google Mail (http://mail.google.com/mail/help/intl/en_GB/about.html) . This will mean zero server load for email, which will be hosted by Google. The switch will require each email user to update their email settings on your chosen email programme.
