Graham was really friendly, knowledgeable about the subject and excellent at putting the information across in an understandable manner. I now see the program in a new light.

I definitely want to do the intermediate course – in the second half of May, whenever it suits Graham.

The Sett was an excellent venue – I didn't feel like we were in a room with other people (probably because I was so engrossed in the training!). The management at the venue were really hospitable – food and refreshments more than adequate.
